The Heartsaver First Aid with CPR and AED course is designed to meet the needs of individuals who may need to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency. The course content includes general principles, medical and traumatic emergencies, adult and child CPR, foreign body airway obstruction, and use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid and CPR course is designed for those who have a duty to respond to a first aid emergency because of a job responsibility or regulatory requirements (i.e. child care workers, teachers, foster care providers, camp counselors, etc). Course content includes general principles, medical and traumatic emergencies, and cardiac emergencies. This course meets the State of Connecticut Child Care Provider Requirements.
